New DICOM Structured Reporting IODs

Following our plan to always keep the DCMTK up-to-date, at least with regards to the Data Dictionary, the list of SOP Classes and Transfer Syntaxes as well as the Directory Record Types, I recently also added support for the latest DICOM Structured Reporting (SR) Information Object Definitions (IOD) to the dcmsr module. Now working as a freelancer

By the end of November, I left the ICSMED company to start my new job as a self-employed person (freelancer).
