Today, the official release of the Open Source DICOM toolkit DCMTK 3.6.9 was tagged in the public git repository and is now available for download: https://dcmtk.org/download/dcmtk/dcmtk369/
Apart from bug fixes and the usual updates for the latest changes of the DICOM standard, a couple of new features have been added. See the official announcement for details.
